DescriptionIn the Research Survival Game, players take on the role of researchers stranded on a deserted island. By navigating good and bad research practices, they encounter key concepts in Open Access, Research Data Management, and Information Retrieval. Correct answers to multiple-choice and true/false questions earn knowledge cards, while pitfalls and even a thieving monkey can set them back. The winner is the player or team with the most cards at the endpoint, symbolizing readiness to conduct sound research and “escape the island.
